Jill O'Keeffe, Esq., Vice President General Counsel at AtlantiCare will present a comprehensive legal overview of planning documents, capacity issues, guardianship, ethical issues versus legal issues and surrogate decision making. She will describe an example of a unique advance care planning pilot program to improve patient care.
