Self-Care in Nursing Leadership:

Gabrielle Winther is a Clinical Social Worker with her Master’s degree from Rutgers, The State University of NJ. Gabrielle has been practicing social work for 10 years in the healthcare setting. She has worked in hospice, oncology and is currently in palliative care. Gabrielle has been a leader in her organization for promoting the importance of self-care. She has worked with administration and nursing units at her hospital to provide support and guidance for self-care in the time of the COVID-19 pandemic.
